Avanti Jure Advocatuur (Avanti Jure) does not receive third-party funds within the meaning of the Regulation on the Legal Profession. Avanti Jure is therefore exempt from the obligation to have a third-party funds foundation available.

If Avanti Jure is confronted with third-party funds, it will ensure that these funds (in accordance with Article 6.19(1) of the Regulation on the Legal Profession) are transferred directly to the entitled party. It is also possible for Avanti Jure to then still join a third-party funds foundation (and pass the funds through this foundation). All rules on third-party funds will then apply.

Avanti Jure does not receive third-party funds on its office account. It has informed the dean that it does not have a third-party funds foundation, and will also inform him of any changes regarding the availability of a third-party funds foundation.
